The Assemblies of God, Ghana was established in 1931 when American missionaries first arrived in the northern territories. Today it is one of the largest and most influential Pentecostal denominations in the country.

Rooted in the Pentecostal tradition, A/G Ghana champions Spirit-filled worship, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, divine healing, and the proclamation of the soon-coming King — Jesus Christ.
